Zeros remain available through navigation, without fictitious sectors.

Compare the frequency distribution of speed ranges across cyclic directions. Radial distance encodes the stack total; sector area is not proportional to frequency.

Declare 2–32 ordered categories clockwise from the top, with up to 16 series and 512 total source points. Each point has a stable ID, a category ID in x, and a finite nonnegative y or null. Duplicate direction coordinates in a series are invalid. Zero is a measurement.

layout.stacking is sum or percent. Percent normalizes each complete direction to 100 while tooltips retain raw values; missing or null contributions return a diagnostic. Sum retains known contributions and marks incomplete directions. layout.gapRatio is 0–0.5. An explicit Y domain starts at zero and must contain every visible stack total. No numeric viewport, shared tooltip, crosshair or Cartesian references.
