Polar area

Compare magnitudes in equally spaced angular sectors.

Use polar area for cyclic categories. Every category gets the same angle. Choose linear radius for radial distance or area scaling for proportional sector area.

Use 1–16 nonnegative values with stable IDs. Zero remains available through Previous/Next; null has no shape or selection. Optional domain is [0, positiveMaximum].

Configure colours, legend, radial grid and axis labels, value labels and individual detail. Hide a legend item without moving the remaining categories. No shared detail, stacking, viewport or reference lines.
